Portman doors offer a limited range of high quality solid core door leaves for both standard and oversized door requirements to go in our pocket kits. Our aim is to provide, where we can, a complete offering including pocket, door and associated accessories and hardware. Due to the almost limitless range of door permutations we will not necessarily be able to meet all client requirements but if the desired door finish or specification is not shown here please contact the sales office for guidance.

Our standard Portman doors offering is outlined below with standard matt, satin or high gloss finishes pictured. Where required we can also supply pre cut-to-size, paint ready door blanks for site machining and finishing.
N.b. For our finished doors as outlined below we strongly recommend that any machining out for hardware etc is carried out by us and prior to final lacquering and finishing.

Standard Portman door specification

38mm (non Fire) finished door thickness
44mm (Fire doors - to be used in Portman FD pocket kits) finished door thickness
Door leaf pre cut to final Height and Width (sizes tbc in conjunction with kit type)
Pre machined/morticed for Portman hardware (flush pull handles, locks etc)
Mdf faced, graduated density chipboard (GDC) or laminboard cores
Hardwood lipped on leading and top edges
As standard finished in White with either Matt, Satin or High Gloss lacquers
